The stunning views and exceptionally comfy bed really made our stay a delight! Plus, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. Nearby, Da Steak Hoose was a winner for a hearty meal, and the Aald Harbour Tearoom served up lovely fresh goodies for tea.

Great views but needs some fixing
I stayed for 3 nights and the spot is perfect, right by the water! Staff were super chill and helpful. My room was clean but kinda dated, and the shower holder was broken, which was annoying. Had some average breakfast, but coffee was decent. The location made up for it, though, with stunning seaviews!

the location of the queens hotel is fab, right next to the sea, and i had a comfy bed and a clean room. the wifi was good, which is a plus since phone signals were tricky. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay better. i really loved the sound of the waves outside, it was relaxing. overall, i enjoyed my two nights here.
the decor is outdated, and i had a bit of a trouble with the shower temperature. also, no towels in my room when i arrived was kinda annoying.

Clean room with stunning views right by the beach. No towels in my room upon arrival and decor feels outdated. Friendly staff helped make my stay more pleasant. Overall a decent place for a short visit.

Stunning Sea View and Friendly Service
I had an amazing stay with breathtaking sea views from my room, which made my mornings absolutely lovely. The staff went above and beyond, especially Sam, who helped me with towels and even offered a ride to the bus station. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was ultra-comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. it took a while to get the VAT invoice sorted, which was a bit inconvenient.

The breathtaking sea view from the balcony was the highlight of our stay.
The bathroom was poorly maintained, with mould on the walls and a rusty towel rail.

The location of Queens Hotel shines brightly as it sits right next to the sea. I found the views from my room absolutely stunning, with the waves crashing outside. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. everything looked well-maintained upon my arrival. I had a comfortable bed, which made for restful nights. some key areas need serious improvement. The decor feels outdated, and the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance, with mould on the walls and a rusty towel rail. During check-in, I noticed a lack of communication since no one was around, and I had to call a number for assistance. While the staff were friendly when they appeared, I felt that the service could be streamlined. Dining options were quite limited as there were no facilities for meals or drinks on-site.

I loved staying in my room, right over the water where I could hear the soothing waves all night. The beach access was perfect for lounging, and the spa was a real treat to unwind. The only downside was some outdated furniture, but it didn't really bother me since everything else was so cozy! 🌊

Good location, but needs help
The spot is super convenient, but man, the service was a mess! We waited forever just to check in. The rooms felt cramped and kinda old-school. WiFi was pretty much non-existent. On the upside, the hot water was awesome, and I enjoyed the coffee offered in the lobby. Just wish the place had better maintenance!

Just a great match for a weekend pause in Lerwick with great value for money. The room had an acceptable view of the harbor which was nice. Bring your own snacks since there’s no dining option available.
